South Jordan Mold Damage

Water heater causes mold damage in South Jordan home.

The black mold growing in this closet started to grow after the water heater malfunction. The supply line to the top had been leaking and spraying all over the walls. The homeowners did not notice the problem until it was too late.

The team of SERVPRO South Jordan/North Draper created a containment in the closet to begin the mold remediation. However, the homeowners still wanted hot water from their fixed water heater. The second pictures shows the water heater still functioning outside the containment.

The homeowners were very thankful for the simple gesture of hot water while we continued to work.
